Not clear:
"- Date is show in short date format." probably means 7-9-15.
"- Save." I guess means " Save as Microsoft Excel 2003 XML" because title says
"when saving to XML".
Bug repro with Lo 6.0. But from 6.1 LO cannot save as Microsoft Excel 2003 XML.

doesn't explain.
Not sure if on purpose, I'll report. Until then this one is WontFix.
