It has been moved to File->Export, as the result of rework of the import
filter. So the import filter is now not the same as export filter; all
export-only filters only show up in File->Export.
Resolving NOTABUG. Possibly the detail worth mentioning on the page (as a
notice to that item) - please feel free to add it there.
