This seems to be an edge case and there is a workaround.
Only tested on Windows.
In Impress, Save As Template.
name: Default
category: My Templates
set as default: true
If there is a Default.otg (i.e. default drawing template named Default) in My
Templates category, it will be deleted and overwritten by Default.otp
This will also happen in reverse: if a Default.otp, it will be clobbered by a
Default.otg.
Workaround: use different names (e.g. DefaultDrawing, DefaultPresentation)
