seem to be possible to simulate a shutdown using
rmlogotest.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\App Certification Kit)

- start "quickstart.exe"
- get "soffice.bin" PID form taskmanager
- rmlogotest.exe <pid>
- crash
