Open a new Draw-file.
Try Insert > Image and choose a *.png-file, for example

The following error appears: "Unknown image format".

Open a new Writer-file.
Try Insert > Image for every *.png-file. Works as expected.
Copy this file with Ctrl+C and paste it to the Draw-file.
Works.

Note: The file of the attachment has been created in GIMP, imported to Writer,
copied to Draw, exported from Draw. Draw "knows" the image format for export,
but doesn't "know" it for import.

Bug appears in LO 6.1.3.2 64bit rpm Linux.
