This is why I changed the summary. Table Wizard in Base to most of us refers to
'Create new Table Wizard' started from within the Base UI.
This issue is about the Import Wizard wich starts when the user drops (or
pastes) row based data onto the Base UI.
Those two 'wizards' are TTBOMK different beasts in the code base and yes there
are issues with PK creation in the Base 'New Table Wizard' also.
