The "All" checkbox nicely shows the selection, ie. all/none/partially by the
checked/unchecked/indetermined state (consider a long list).
What bothers me more are the two filter buttons that can't be understood
without the tooltip. And if "All" becomes also just a button things get worse.
Labels could help but the widget is not large enough.
So putting all together I would prefer to keep it.
