I probably set the EPS options for the highest resolution. I'm sure I used the same settings when exporting from LibreOffice as I did from Open Office. LO screwed things up, OO did not. One problem was that LO caused the text "990c" to have the characters overlapping each other. The characters were not overlapping in the OO version. The OO version was correct. I had done some scaling of the spacing of the text. LO caused each character to be larger than it should be, and overlapping. So it was a combination of the entire image being larger than it should be, and the "990c" text characters overlapping each other.
