I am moving this to NOTABUG unless there is further information provided by RP.
Seems like this is a user error (no offense, just that LibreOffice is working
as expected, you're just not super familiar with the settings).
Please try the settings, if that doesn't work, please then go to the user
mailing list or ask.libreoffice.org with questions. If you still are convinced
this is a bug, please provide the following:
(1) Is this a new problem (a regression) or did it behave the same way in the
5.x series (or even older)?
(2) Please provide any additional information you get from the user threads.
