Hm that's interesting. It should be the drawing object properties that appears
when you select the chart.
Please select the chart then do this:
View -> Toolbars -> Drawing Object Properties
Is that checked? If not, check it and then see what behavior you observe. You
should be seeing additional options relevant to the chart appear when you
select it.
Test and then if the problem persists set back to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks
