The Freeze function (by going to Window > Freeze) does not save properly.
It can be set but it will not save. When I close the file after setting Freeze
and then re-opening it, the Freeze setting is no longer present. I had no
problems with setting and saving the Freeze function on previous LibreOffice
versions.
