So I change the title to "Previous selection of "Bullets and Numbering" type
lost if dialog opened again"
Steps:
1. open Writer, type a few lines and select some
2. open Format - Bullets and Numbering.. and on Bullets tab select some item
(not the first), note the thick border
3. OK to accept and close dialog
4. with the same selection, open again Format - Bullets and Numbering..
Expected: proper Bullets selection with thick border
Experienced: the first item looks selected with thin border
Note: similar issue with Numbering.
