Different angle shown between sidebar & size and position dialog
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert a line 45 degree
3. Look at the rotation in the sidebar (-45.00)
4. Press F4 -> Rotation tab -> 315.00
5. Save & reload -> 315 in the sidebar
Actual Results:
Difference in rotation
Expected Results:
Same results in every dialog
Reproducible: Always
