I created a small prem ipsum .odt. saved it as "MSO97.doc", closed LibO, created a copy "MSO97copy", name without extension, opened "MSO97copy" (was recognized as WORD document), did some edits. Save Icon and Save menu were active and worked as expected for OS and LibO file dialog. Linux Specific? User Error?
