Description:
I've a writer file and when I open it, it has a demesurate horizontal rule (see
picture).
I don't remember but the file has been created under LOO6.0 and I'm opening it
with 6.1.3.2
Steps to Reproduce:
The bug happens everytime on this file (attached)
1. open the file
Actual Results:
the rule is very fat on the screen
Expected Results:
In right time, the rule must be few pixels high only
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I don't know if the document is corrupted or if it's a bug...
