            Bug ID: 121679
Summary: Ctrl+Shift+J does not fully maximise the workspace on
                    Ubuntu 18.10
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.2.1 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: chi...@lostpin.net

Description:
Ctrl+Shift+J does not fully maximize the workspace on Ubuntu 18.10. I get two
bars on top, the OS's standard bar and LibreOffice's bar. It could be a lot
better if somehow I could eliminate those two bars and have just LibreOffice's
menu bar instead. Apps such as GIMP, Inkscape, Krita, Darktable, Blender, etc.
seem to apply full-screen mode better, at least in Ubuntu 18.10.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ctrl+Shift+J

Actual Results:
I get two bars on top, the OS's standard bar and LibreOffice's bar.

Expected Results:
Just the app's working space, whether that's a Writer document, a Calc table,
etc.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes
