For me the programme gets to the splash logo and then freezes for 15 seconds,
no disk activity and no processor activity, it's waiting for something. I
custom disabled online update in the last install so it's not that.
Win7 64bit LO v6.1.3 and V6.1.0
This is on a machine with i7 16gb ram and fast SSD.
