Did you do this step:
Once WinDbg has been opened, click on File ▸ Symbol File Path... and paste the
following into the space provided.
CACHE*C:\symbols;SRV*http://dev-downloads.libreoffice.org/symstore/symbols;SRV*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols
