            Bug ID: 121775
Summary: File password protection lost after LibreOffice update
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.3.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Used LibreOffice Calc to create and XLSX file type and chose the password
option at the time it was saved. This function worked until I updated to
version 6.1.3.2 (x64). After update, I could open the file without the
password. No password was required. There was no prompt. I used "save as" to
select the password option again. A prompt appeared asking if I want to replace
existing password. I replied "yes" and reentered the password. Password
protection worked perfectly after that.
I update LibreOffice frequently and this issues happens each time. I am finally
creating a bug ticket for the problem. It is a major issue in regards to
protecting confidential information.
OS = Windows 10 Pro

Steps to Reproduce:
I used "save as" to select the password option again. A prompt appeared asking
if I want to replace existing password. I replied "yes" and reentered the
password. Password protection worked perfectly after that.

Actual Results:
Password protection worked perfectly.

Expected Results:
After an upgrade of LibreOffice software, password protected files should not
open until the user enters the required password.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I have not tested this with other components beside Calc. I suspect it will
occur with other components.
