Description:
After upgrading to version 6.1.3.2 (x64), the top ruler is very very big on old
documents.
It is ok if I create a new document but all my saved documents open with a very
big size ruler.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a saved with previous version document
2.the top ruler is of very big size
3.
Actual Results:
On saved with previous version documents, the top ruler is very big
Expected Results:
the top ruler shoulb of normal size
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
