PDF with the same content (also attached) states that it was generated using Apple Pages. I tried contacting document author to confirm that DOC was also created using Pages, but I did not receive any reply. LibreOffice fails to open this file no matter what filter I choose. It just display dozens of pages with rubbish characters. I have tried LO 3.6.1 on Linux and Windows and 3.5.6 on Linux.
