Description:
In Impress if the mouse is moved to the language in the footer line, the hint
link "Right click to select the language" appear, but after a right click,
simply nothing happens.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Impress document
2. Write some text on the first slide
3. Right click on the language selector
Actual Results:
No dialog box opens
Expected Results:
A dialog box with it the possible languages should pop up.
Reproducible: Always
