Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. After installing LibreOffice can not start windows 7
2. when the computer starts showing the login screen and after entering the
password, windows stops at the "welcome"
3. Helps only to uninstall LibreOffice in safe mode.
Earlier versions of LibreOffice not cause this error
