No. The issue is strongly specific to some boxes, and not specific to installed
software. The error is seen for any software (google for "error 1335 cab
corrupt"), and attributed to multitude of problems ranging from broken
downloads, to memory corruption, to antivirus intervention, and more. I don't
believe we can call this a bug of LibreOffice, given that if our MSIs were
broken, we would be overwhelmed with *millions* of failure reports.

In some cases, it could be a broken mirror (but not like reported in comment 8,
where several mirrors were tried). In every case, it's helpful to mention exact
mirror used for download, so that others could test that mirror and decide if
that specific package on that specific mirror needs attention. Other from this,
my take is NOTOURBUG.
