Does Writer use the number formatter/scanner there for parsing dates?
Asking because that can handle a 17-Oct-2018 date as value but apparently not
combined as date+time 17-Oct-2018 09:00
Would it help if it did? (it's unclear to me what then should happen with such
a combined value but that would be a problem of Writer then ;-)
