Yes, I have gtk-3.24.1.
I set gtk-cursor-theme-size=16 in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini as a
workaround, and it seems to do the job.
Yes, not your bug. Unluckily it just happened to me in LibreOffice, so I did
not search the internet for gtk bugs.
