testfile comment view bug

in LO calc, if i define the first row as header row (menu WINDOW / FREEZE), the
"freeze-line" - i have no better wording - is visible in the comment. File to
demonstrate is attached

reproduce:
1. create empty spreadsheet
2. add text to first-row cells
3. set first row as header (menu WINDOW / FREEZE)
4. insert comment in first row cell
5. hover over comment cell or show comment with right clic
6. the freeze line (my wording) is visible in the comment text, which should
not be in my view. at least in MS Excel it is not, for good reason.
