Thank you for your quick testing. I work with Fedora 29 workstation. That xlsx
file contains sensitive data, but I emptied a copy with LO and could reproduce
the problem.
Steps:
+ open the file with LO
+ save it in ODS format
+ close and reopen it (just to be sure the problem doesn't depend directly on
the history, for instance)
+ delete the "mon ancienne liste" sheet (right-click on the tab, then "delete
sheets")
+ click on the "save" button. So far no problem.
+ delete the "Tours" sheet (right-click on the tab, then "delete sheets")
+ click on the "save" button.
Result: LO freezes.
