Description:
Sometimes, not by every text document de horizontal ruler is not displayed
correct. Only by some text documents and when opening by dubble clicking on the
file on the dekstop or in explorer.
See screenshot and example file.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
The horizontal ruler is higher then normal
Reproducible: Sometimes
