I think, thats a difficulty. It was not clear for me that "Home" means "most
used" and of course a lot of buttons in the hom tab are layout buttons and you
don't find them in the layout tab. Layout tab seems to be more related to page
layout.
So I really don't know what's the best solution. But I think buttons with the
same topic (like paragraph intendation)should be at the same place.
