Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. copy text from open document, e.g. PDF
2. create new note for cell
3. paste option doesn't appear, ctrl-v doesn't paste
Current behavior:
Works when XLS (don't know if this behavior happens with native file format)
first opened. Workaround - drag & drop method works ok. Cut & paste into
libreoffice text document works ok. This problem has existed for a long time.
Verified closing XLS, then reopening, cut & paste option appear.
No associated windows event messages.
