I don't reproduce with highlighter and table dialogs, but I do with Print and
About dialogs.
Tested with OO, behavior seems better so not fully reproduced. Only Styles and
Formatting dialog is separate if undocked, but Print and About dialogs open
where OO is (if on second monitor). Similar with LO 3.6.
Repro starting from 4.0. Repro now with 6.3+.
I'll mark regression.
