Probably it's a different bug. Can be an problem with your OpenGL driver, but
since you disabled OpenGL and the problem persists, I doubt it.
Please check that %appdata%\LibreOffice\4\cache\<icon theme name> doesn't exist
(the Windows default theme name is collibre) and if it exists remove it.
Broken icons won't disappear on their own. You have to remove the cached icon
directory manually.
And copy the the version information text from Help >> About LibreOffice and
paste it into a comment.
