please check "Recalculation on File Load" settings in menu
Tools/Options.../LibreOffice/Formula.
i guess your selection is "Never recalculate".
and attached xmls has value "0" stored inside "sheet1.xml".
a full hard recalc Ctrl+Shift+F9 will update the D6 to 8,625.
IMHO this is not an issue.
