Test Excel document
Calc and Excel treat multi-level categories slightly differently, which causes
interoperability problems. In Excel, empty cell values are treated as
continuation of the previous category value while repeating values are not. In
Calc, either case is treated as continuation of the previous category value.
The attached test document demonstrates this.
