In the gug language directory, contrary to all other directories, contains the
prebuilt .idx file.

I can generate an identical file using th_gen_idx.pl from mythes, like I can
for all the other languages, so I ask you drop that file for consistency (and
generally, because it's best to leave out buildable files from git repositories
and released tarballs).
