Most Powerpoint (.pptx) files open without any problems in LibreOffice, so we need that particular file to reproduce (and fix) this issue. Because four months have gone since Sasha first asked for the file, I need to close this bug report now. Feel free to reopen it if you can provide a sample file which shows the problem.
