Description:
When flipping an object, the 'Horizontally' option shows the icon for a
vertical flip (up/down arrow), and the 'Vertically' option shows the icon for a
horizontal flip (left/right arrow). This shows in both the menubar -> Format
-> Flip and the right-click-on-object -> Flip menus.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. select an object on the slide
2. Format -> Flip (or right-click -> Flip)
Actual Results:
action taken matches text, but not icon
Expected Results:
action taken should match text and icon
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
