Probably everything in the context menu is affected. Still perceive this as a
bug.
* Enabled bulleted list from context menu -> No cursor. Enabling bulleted list
from toolbar -> Cursor
* Didn't happen with the formatting context menu in 4.4.7.2 either
It's more obvious now, with all the context menu changes.
