Screenshot of the dialog in its default state, the same after restart
In the new Print dialog the Writer specific settings are not retained between
restarts of the application.
To reproduce:
1, Open the Print dialog and go to the LODev Writer page
2, Change any setting ( Page background ... Print automatically inserted blank
pages) and close the window
3, Reopen the window. The previously changed setting is retained.
4, Restart Writer and open the Print dialog. The previously changed setting is
set back to the default value.
