Sample Calc document
The UI glitch is easily reproducible with the attached file. Starting Comment
editing for A2 cell, clicking to the Comment test. After this the comment is
still displayed with it text editing active, but mouse cursor changes to
Handpoint when moved above the Hyperlink in cell B3.
The bug is not new (it is exhibited for some time already).
