Yes that's correct;
sorry my interface was in french, I've juste modified it to English and it's
"Tools/Chapter Numbering"

That's it. Maybe this bug was corrected in 6.1.4.2 version.
I've encountered the same problem on 2 different machines with LO 6.1.3.2 (the
other one is on Linux/Ubuntu too)
