I have a dual screen set-up, windows 10, 64bit Libreoffice 6.1.3.2 and I have
no such problem : even if the presentation was started without pen, and I
switch on the pen during presentation, I can draw immediately. It also works if
the presentation is started with the options "pen" already checked before.
