Automatically generated TOC's do not show lines with references to Tables of
Figures
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a heading of level 1 in an .odt document.
2. Insert an image in the odt file. Provide the image with a caption and a name
(in the image properties).
3. Create a Table of Figures at the end of the document.
4. Create a Table of Contents at the beginning of the document.
Actual Results:
Heading 1 is shown in the TOC, but not the line "Table of Figures" and its
corresponding page number.
Expected Results:
Heading 1 and the line "Table of Figures" and its corresponding page number
should be shown in the TOC.
