I couldn't reproduce it with the following steps:
1. Open writer
2. Type "ffmpeg -i -acodec [...]" (two spaces after -i)
3. Save as html file
4. Close and reopen the file
Actual result: two spaces after -i
Zsolt, please correct my steps, if they're wrong
