Hover the mouse on the blue dotted line of a page break and the menu pops up.
If you click the menu entry, the page break dialog box opens ... but doesn't if
an image is selected
1- Insert a manual page break in your document
2- Insert an image
3- Try to open the edit page break dialog box with the menu on the blue dotted
line (blue button)

3.5 and 3.6 versions of LibreOffice - Linux x86, amd64 & Windows XP SP3
