Description:
Windows 7, updated from 4.4.7 to 6.0.7
When Russian keyboard layout is enabled, hotkeys like Ctrl+; do not work, where
the letter in Russian corresponds to the sign in the English layout. Hotkeys
like Ctrl+A (where the letter corresponds to the letter) work without problems.
