Description:
When opening certain files in Writer a huge ruler is shown. In older versions
6.0.x the rulers have the correct size.
I've attached a screenshot and such a file as an example. OpenCL doesn't
matter.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open certain older files in Writer
Actual Results:
A huge ruler is shown
Expected Results:
A normal sized ruler
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
