if i open attached document with LO 6.1.5.1, "Paper tray" is set to
[From Printer settings] for both pagestyles and there is no option to change
this.
is it a printer specific issue?
attached document has set "EPSON6FC99C (WP-4025 Series)" in settings.xml.
