In each Libreoffice application's menu bar, an entry isn't according to a
current locale.
Steps to Reproduce:
None.
Actual Results:
As example, in Writer, an entry, "Form", isn't according to current locale. See
attachment.
Expected Results:
That entry to be according to current locale.
Reproducible: Always
